South Bath Program

Join us for free Sound Bath Workshops for individuals and families impacted by cancer. Relax and recharge through the calming sounds and gentle vibrations of singing bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments. Sessions may help reduce stress, promote relaxation, and support emotional well-being. Participants may sit comfortably in a chair or wheelchair or rest on a yoga mat.

Who should attend? Cancer patients, survivors, caregivers, and friends or family members supporting someone with cancer. No experience necessary.

In the event of inclement weather, classes will be cancelled if Omaha Public Schools and/or Millard Public Schools close.

Pet visits are held on the Wednesdays, 12:30-1:15 p.m., except the third Wednesday of each month.
